  1. Those should put some "Smoke On The Water". Har, har, har! Get it? What kind of heads you got on those?

The Black Widow Coosa has arrived.
  3. WOW! Way too much fun packed into one night. It was great to see everybody and meet new people. Jeff Little did a top notch job and passed on much info on winter smallmouth fishing. Enough info that it's got me thinking of getting out and giving it a try. Thanks to all involved who worked hard before, during and after the show to make the Blowout such a class act. Next year lets go black tie and roll out a bronze carpet. Why not? We had a smallmouth blimp cruising the hall at the 2013 Blowout.
  4. Have no idea what those floating jig heads will do but my pop was tossing them out so I thought I'd try something with them, just for the heck of it.
  5. Just doing a little jacking around. This is the first time I've done any tying since my eye surgery on Jan 26 of 2012. Keeping it simple.
  6. It's not like this...... It's more like this...... 2013 Bronzeback Blowout Get your tickets now!
  7. Way cool, Tim. Thanks for the report and pics.
  8. Hey! I screwed up on the post above. My info is all out of whack. I don't want to say much more about it because I don't want to pass on the wrong info again. But I screwed up with the info above. Sorry about that. Just call, or go to, Paddle and Trail and they'll give you all the right info and get you set up the way you like. The service is top notch. I can tell you that the Loves Park location will have Coosa's in stock and for sale. Again, sorry to Paddle and Trail for not getting the info right.
  9. Mike, Sorry for getting back late. I had to put in my order for the Coosa by the end of January to get it in the color of my choice (blackwidow), otherwise there would have been a $200.00+ shipping charge for a Coosa in the color of my choice. The Loves Park store will have Coosa's on hand and for sale but they will be in the standard colors of green and sand.
  10. Welcome to the site, Sam. The Fox seems to be a hot little flow for smallies. I look foreword to your reports. Consider purchasing a ticket for the Bronzeback Blowout on March 2nd. Good food, great raffles and great speakers, to be enjoyed with other Illinois smallmouth junkies.
  11. Pictures add. Not quite the pictures you called for so the storyboard might fall a little shy of being "a good tool".
  12. Here's a little something I tossed together with the pictures I had on hand..... <a href="http://s655.beta.photobucket.com/user/terrydodge/story/7103" target="_blank">
  13. "northerly"? is that proper english? I'm gonna have to Google that.
  14. If you have a Facebook account, Like the Illinois Smallmouth Alliance page. Look for, "ISA Membership Info Package" under recent posts by others. Share it on your wall and ask your friends to do the same. It's an easy way to promote our organization and hopefully signup some new members. Share throughout the year!
  15. My buddy Dan Hayes took the job. This just came out. WCFPD 2013 commercial.......
  16. The Blowout is THE best way to kick off your 2013 smallmouth season. Remember, this is open to anyone so ask a friend or family member to come along. It's a great time. Hope to see a BIG turn out this year. See you there.
  17. Me, my dad and Jude. No raffle. Need to do some chat on this Ken-Rock thing coming up. I'll be contacting people by way of PM's here on the Forums and we'll try to do an online meeting. (no raffle) Go 49er's!

  19. Welcome to the ISA Jim. I'll mark you down as attending. Not sure if you know how we are up here in the northwest region but I would like to strongly suggest that you don't bring your dog along with you. Just sayin', dude. HA!
