River Access Bill: HB 5844

Great news to report, the River Access Bill has been filed and the legislative process for passage of the Bill will begin, see attached from Eliot Clay of the IEC (Illinois Environmental Council):

Our bill has just been filed as HB 5844. A big thanks to Rep. Yang Rohr and her staff for getting this organized.
