  6. Just a reminder that we will begin to collect your old soft plastic baits at the blowout, this will be the perfect opportunity to clean out your tackle box and vest to get ready for Spring. Ed B
  7. Thanks for posting that Eric.A dozen people turned out on a beautiful Saturday morning for a casual breakfast that Eric has summed up nicely. There were also quite a few plans for future trips that I overheard being discussed,in fact I was involved in some of them. All in all it was a very enjoyable morning,My only regret is that more members didn't take advantage of the opportunity. Ed B
  8. Steve I look forward to seeing you there and I want to urge anyone who can to attend.
  9. Mine just came today.all I can say is that this is another super job by Scott. Thanks again for all your hard work.
  10. That is exactly who will receive these baits after being recycled.
  11. What do you do with your old, used or torn up soft plastic baits? We now have a program to recycle them and also put them to a good use.Case plastics will take these baits, separate them by color, melt them down and cast them into new baits. These baits will then be donated to youth organizations and tournaments. This will be a win,win situation all around. Not only will we keep these plastics out of the environment but they will be put to good use. We will begin collecting used plastics at the Bronzeback Blowout,March 5th. After that you will be able to drop off your used or unwanted baits at any I S A meeting or outing throughout the year. Let's all get behind this program and send a ton of baits to be recycled.

  16. Thanks Mike but the real thanks go the 22 members who came out on a frigid January evening, they are the ones who make a meeting successful after all is said and done. A special thanks also to Austin Adduci for coming out to give us some insight into lake Michigan fishing available in our area.Even though he claims to be uncomfortable with public speaking,I thought he did a great job.
