Tom L
Has anyone ever used Marabou Clousers for smallies? A few weeks ago, I started organizing my steelhead flyboxes for the up coming Fall run and found some Marabou Clousers in there. With good success fishing the Marabou Muddler this year, so I threw some of M-Clousers in my smallie flybox. The last few outings, this fly had produced wonderful smallies for me. Give it a try, if you have not done so. Good luck.....
Guest rich mc
there is no reason they wouldnt work. i learned years ago from craig about a smaller fly called the m and m itsjust a small clouser with beadchain eyes for gills crappies and bass as well. i have used marabou up to size 8 then i like artic fox as its stiffer than marabou but softer than bucktail. i also like sheep wool for my BAADD clouser. lol rich
