Do I have to show vaccination card and ID proof? Since I listen to music on my bluetooth speaker when I float I have caveat no Cheap Trick requests.
No proof required. You should have a mask on your person just to be safe.

Looking forward to it.
Good. A year without Ben is like a beer without pop when you open it. Flat.

Welcome! Take advantage of all that you can. We have a great group of folks here at the ISA that won’t bat an eye at helping out with your goal of chasing down Illinois smallmouth.

Menominee River presentation by Dick Dragiewicz
March 24, 2021 at 7:00 P.M.
Many ISA members know about the terrific smallmouth bass fishing the Menominee River offers.
Unfortunately, these ambitious bass, that we like to catch and release, are being threatened by a proposed open pit and underground metallic sulfide mine that a foreign company wants to build on the river’s shoreline. The toxic pollution from it will contaminate the river and Lake Michigan. With polluted water the bass that we like to pursue won’t be there anymore.
Join us at ISA’s virtual meeting on March 24, 2021 at 7:00 P.M to learn more about the Menominee River’s great bass fishing opportunities and what you can do to help protect the Menominee River from this proposed metallic sulfide mine.

Unfortunately there was a glitch, and recording of Gordon’s seminar was not completed. We now know what the glitch was and we feel confident that the problem will not occur again. Sorry.
Thanks Gordon! Job well done.

✊✊💧💧 CALL TO ACTION 💧💧✊✊
Everyone please go to the site below. Aquila is hitting with a one two punch. 1) Appealing the wetland permit. 2). Submitting their dam safety permit. Everyone jump on board the No Mine Train, follow the instructions. We have no time to waste!
This is Dale Burie, President of the Coalition to SAVE the Menominee River asking for your help.
Aquila Resources have submitted their application to EGLE of Michigan for their Tailings Dam Permit using the "Upstream" method for their tailings dam.
The Upstream Method is the most vulnerable method to failure. Failure of this type of dam would be a sure recipe for disaster for the Menominee River. We are requesting all environmental groups and their members to go to our website:
www.jointherivercoalition.org
and click the "Blue" button on the home page which will open up the page for you to add your information and comment on the objection to the suggested "Upstream Method" that Aquila Resources has made in their application to EGLE.When you click on the "submit" button at the end of the page it will be forwarded to all the decision makers listed on the page.
We desperately need your voice to be heard, Please Help Us !
Sincerely,
Dale Burie, President
Coalition to SAVE the Menominee River, Inc. -

Thanks for all the replies. Kinda sounds like what I have always thought, that it’s not all that necessary considering the water I fish. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks again!

This will be a good opportunity for those not familiar with Zoom to check it out and see how it works and what it’s all about. We are here to assist and answer any questions you may have. Relaxed atmosphere.

Should I have a reel spooled up with a sinking tip fly line? I’ve often wondered if there is a time and place to use the sinking tip, just not real sure if it would be useful on the Kish? Would this type of fly line be better for fishing Clouser’s?
