On slippery rocks, felt really shines. I've yet to find a rubber sole that will grip as well as felt on rocks with current. Felt with studs....even better.
As far as the whole transferring invasives thing, I will bite my tongue.
Thanks for the input. Seems funny how I always got a little bag full of studs when I purchased rubber sole but did not get any with this felt pair. I know I got a few bags laying around here somewheres. I’m sticking with them and will probably plant a few studs here and there. Thanks again, guys!

What exactly does 'objected to the filing' mean? Like we shouldn't have made a motion cause it doesn't concern us or something?
Because the Time Window had already closed on filings. By the time this came to our attention the time window had already closed. Bart made an effort to get this in knowing it would be tough. Fine ISA effort by Bart. Thanks Bart. It was worth a shot.

Terry another thing may be durability with as much walking you do thru the woods get to some of you spots.
I was thinking of that. I’m pretty sure most of my hiking thru the woods, , now a days, is done this time of year while in my waders.. Once the water warms for wet wading all my access points are easy peesy. What about those studs? Anybody ever use those?

Terry, I can tell you this much. They are good on rock and gravel, but terrible on wet grass and mud. So it depends on what you are walking on.
So be careful at canoe launches. Noted. Thanks for your input.

I don’t know, maybe I should know but to be truthful, I don’t. My wife ordered me a new pair of wading boots. I just received them and noticed that they were felt soles. Is this a problem? I really don’t know. I have never considered them just because I think they would be slippery. I could be wrong because I really don’t know.
should I send them back, or give them a try?(this is why I don’t like to order things) 😁

Check the IEPA document map. Check the location you speak of or if you know the location of the company that is responsible for the work. Documents shown I believe are any grievances and to check for proper discharge/construction permits. Must zoom in on locations for markers to show

Very sorry to hear and yes, Greg was a great guy and a lot of help at shows, former officer, etc. Since it’s been a while, I thought he would have something in the bulletin by now.
Sorry, but this was news to me also just a few days ago. It is in the March edition.

There’s one coming up in the February edition of the Bronzeback Bulletin. Although it is a step above beginner. Hope you enjoy.

You are welcomed and thanks for the kind words. We are open for suggestions for future Zooms. We’ll try our best to make it happen.

well done. how big is the ozark alliance?
They don’t have a membership but they do have a very large following and support from local anglers when they have their Bronze Fest to raise money for a specific conservation effort or group. Ozarks Smallmouth Alluance is what Ryan calls huu if s grassroots effort. I believe there is also a Missouri Smallmouth Alluance.?
There is…

Wow! Thanks so much for the kind words. Good to hear and good to know. Wasn’t sure how well the new version of the Bronzeback Bulletin was going over. I do really enjoy working on it and love the challenge of trying to improve on it with each edition. We ain’t at the top yet with this thing and I’m excited to keep climbing and reaching higher. The print version set a pretty high bar. Be sure to let me know if I start slipping.

That would be Mr. Fill Turd Image. I try to stay away from him. Just trying to mix things up. I need to take more pictures!
Thanks again!
