I have a person that would like to talk with her about doing the same kind of program on a small NW Region area lake.
If you could send me her contact info I will pass it on to that guy. Not the same guy.
March 17 is the 3rd Saturday in March and the future forecast is calling for temps near 60 with a 60% chance of rain.
Do we want to do a breakfast or maybe a lunch with the possibility of maybe hitting some water in search of our smallmouth bass? If the forecast holds true, the water level should be at a doable level.
Thoughts....
My 3 "consecutive" guesses....
1) I guess that it really gets under your finger nails that some consider me a Kishwaukee River Expert.
2) I would guess that you have yet to bring to hand a 20+ inch Kishwaukee River smallmouth as I have.
3) I would guess #2 really gets under your finger nails also.
Need I go on?
What time of the year do you plan to do this trip?
As far as a "recharge" , try to attend the 2018 Bronzeback Blowout.
An evening spent in a room filled with a bunch of smallmouth geeks, talking smallmouth,
is a great way to recharge yourself every year.
HA! I hate when they try to do something that pertains to fishing on TV shows.
On an episode of "Coach", they showed a person practicing their fly casting with a spin combo.
At first I thought it was a joke, but they played thru the scene as if they knew what they were doing.
I also hate it when they get the USMC stuff all wrong on TV.
Biscuits & Gravy, Eggs & toast w/potatoes, Coffee, and some good & informative smallmouth talk with other ISA
