Rob G Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 I just recently found out that Angler's Workshop, a company previously based in the Northwest has been purchased by LureParts.com and moved to Springfield, IL. This company has been around for over 30 years and has been known for their excellent customer service and wide selection of rod building and fly tying materials. I can't vouch for the new owners but John Britt was super to work with. Anyway, looks like a road trip is in order, over to our fine capitol, rub Lincoln's nose and then nose around the new retail store. http://www.anglersworkshop.com/ http://lurepartsonline.com/ Quote
Mike Clifford Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 I see that the lure parts company was already in Springfield, as I couldn't figure out if that location was strategically chosen. Best of luck to them in their endeavors!! Quote
John Gillio Posted December 8, 2014 Report Posted December 8, 2014 Thanks Rob, nice to know. Check out the Lincoln Museum when you get down there too. It's amazing. Quote
Andy C Posted December 8, 2014 Report Posted December 8, 2014 Have gotten my spinnerbait and lure making parts from lurepartsonline for a few years. Good products and service. Good to see they will be carrying more fly tying materials now too. Quote
