I hope to make it on Sunday to talk to Austin Adduci & a couple others .

Uni to uni is all I use. Not sure if that's the same as Rob's suggestion. Easy to tie even in low light. I use the uni knot for terminal too.

I'll be there. NO MORE SNOW!!!

He is very thoughtful & explained a lot of the reasons for the way he ties tube flies. I may have to try it, with the stranded steel leader he gets a durable fly that still has a lot of motion. He fishes them as much for bass but pike don't just steal your fly. check out his you tube as he posts step by step demos for his patterns.

Gunnar tonight at Orvis Yorktown 7pm. Early show went well, my thanks to all who worked hard to make it a success.

As you may have noticed we have a young man, Gunnar Brammer - Brammer's Custom Flies - from Duluth as guest tyer at the Early show this Sunday. Before he returns I have asked him to do a powerpoint presentation at Orvis Yorktown at 7 pm on Monday 11/12/18. He worked at Kelly Galloup's Slide Inn in Montana several years & ties large streamers for big predators that he designs. I thought this would be a good way for the busy volunteers to see what the buzz was at Sunday's show. Or catch him if you missed the show. Check out his website: Brammer's Custom Flies.

We'll be there again on June 30th pending water levels. I'm glad we aren't planting on the Rock river - it doesn't look like it will be down anytime soon.

Rich - I'll have it staged in the front of my garage - call me when you can stop by. Thanks.

She comes from a farm backround & deserves the chance to include all interested parties in DNR decisions. Lets hope its not a green light for factory farm permits( not a DNR decision anyway.)
They need to staff the conservation & biologist positions that are open soon. Glass 1/2 full IMO.
