Gregg S Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 I've decided to sell my Native Ultimate-a great fishing kayak 12 foot long, yellow, no problems but it has been ridden hard, so it has lots of cosmetic scratches. I paddled down the Chicago River in it on New Years' Day! Wife has convinced me to get a tandem that can double as my solo fishing kayak. Extras I have for it are 1)anchor trolley and anchor cleat installed(cost $49) 2)a foam block 'seat riser' that wedges the seat under the gunwale for a higher ride while fishing(cost $69), and 3)motor mount bracket ($99). The boat would retail for $800 without the extras. I'll sell as is for $350. At that price I prefer no haggling. For anyone interested I could send pics after 6pm tonight. gstockey@att.net Gregg Quote
Jonn Graham Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 How much does that model weigh? I would like to see a few pictures. YOu can send them to grahamj@district87.org thanks Quote
Paul Trybul Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 That is a pretty good price considering the accessories. If it was a SOT I'd be all over it plus I already have an underutilized floatilla in my crowded garages. Quote
Gregg S Posted January 3, 2011 Author Report Posted January 3, 2011 Jonn, The seat is easily removable; it just slides out. It weighs 40 lbs without seat, 45 with. I usually remove the seat to cartop it to lift 5 fewer pounds. Quote
TimU Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Gregg, I am also interested. Please send pictures to tumj1@hotmail.com Quote
