Mike Clifford Posted October 3, 2021 Report Share Posted October 3, 2021 To be honest, the Mill Race is no barrier to invasive species regardless. Especially since the "broken dam" has almost completely tumbled. During high water, they would hardly need to jump over the main dam. What will be interesting to see is who is going to pay for removal or modification.
