One of my accounts is across the road from the Fabyan Woods Preserve in Geneva. I took my lunch break in the parking lot the other day and noticed that the yellow Smallmouth sign right next to the boat ramp has been damaged. Who is responsible for installation of new signs? -Forrest

I am going to be volunteering at FOBAB (Festival of Barrel Aged Beers) in the City on Saturday from 9 to 6, then I will be attending the event as a consumer from 6-??. I doubt that I will make it to the Early Show this year, but if, in the unlikely event that I wake up feeling like a spring chicken I will come hang out and tie some flies. -Forrest

There are some guys in my neighborhood with kids in Boy Scouts that have camped at Jellystone. The kids seem to enjoy it. I have never stayed there since it's 15 minutes from my house.... -Forrest

I have been working on said remote control turtle. I made it 30" in diameter. Unfortunately, all I have been able to attract is the uber elusive common carp in the same size range as the turtle.... Updates to follow. -Forrest

I think the moral of the story is you need to find a 20" soft shell turtle and put your fly in front of the smallie hovering over the top of it!!! -Forrest

Hi everyone. My wife has informed me that she has a paper to write for grad school this weekend and that I am to make myself scarce. So, that leaves me open to attend the picnic! I may bring a neighbor along who is interested in joining if he is available. My garden has been abundant this year. I will bring a couple jars of home made dill pickles.
