Many thanks to our members that support the efforts to promote the sport of fishing to the next generation of anglers and conservationists. This year's event was perhaps the best yet.

The fly casting station was a huge hit, and the kids were catching fish like crazy.

Would also like to thank fisheries biologist Don LaBrose for doing a phenomenal job in getting the weeds off the top of the lake for us this year. This made a world of difference and provided the kids with the opportunity to get clean casts in and out of the water.

 

Thanks again to all of you that go the extra mile.

Thanks again, Mike! Great pics & in my opinion one of the best days I spend outside all year long. The kids having fun outdoors is just great to watch. Hope we have many more like it to come.

Dan Basore provided his lure display again, and always changes the theme to keep it fresh.

Oh, and that hot, buttery corn-on-the-cob......so sweet.

Great rewarding experience as usual, gets better every year. Thanks for all your efforts with this Mike, John,.... It's one of my favorite events....especially with the new fly casting stations
