Many thanks to our members that support the efforts to promote the sport of fishing to the next generation of anglers and conservationists. This year's event was perhaps the best yet.

The fly casting station was a huge hit, and the kids were catching fish like crazy.

Would also like to thank fisheries biologist Don LaBrose for doing a phenomenal job in getting the weeds off the top of the lake for us this year. This made a world of difference and provided the kids with the opportunity to get clean casts in and out of the water.

Thanks again to all of you that go the extra mile.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated by many!

Thank YOU John for handling the logistics on this one.

Yourself, Pat, Spiz and others have been faithful participants since the first one.

We've come a long way!

I got some great video of the fly casting as well.

Will include it whenever I get around to the official video recap.

Dan Basore provided his lure display again, and always changes the theme to keep it fresh.

Oh, and that hot, buttery corn-on-the-cob......so sweet.

Think I had 6 or 7 this year.
