John Loebach Posted August 30, 2009 Report Posted August 30, 2009 Scheduled in the bulletin for 9/20, moved to encourage more help on the NAIA cleanup day - Meet at the concession at the state park at 8AM Norm will help assign areas to clean up. With a good turnout we can start fishing in a couple of hours. Lunch provided by NAIA back at the concession at noon. Quote
gordon p Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Wish I could be involved---leaving the 19th to close our place in Wisconsin for the winter. Oh yeah, 3 days of fishing with some friends is also included. Hope both cleanup and fishing go well. Quote

With a good turnout we can start fishing in a couple of hours. Lunch provided by NAIA back at the concession at noon. I'll be there Saturday to fish some at sunrise and be at the park by 8. I've never participated in an "official" river clean up. What does one bring? I'm planning on the usual fishing apparel, some gloves and garbage bags. Am I on target? Quote
John Loebach Posted September 18, 2009 Author Report Posted September 18, 2009 You are right on target, Steve. I'll be there early as well to test the topwater bite before the sun hits the water. Quote
