There are a lot of reviews of these yaks on Amazon. Certainly the price is right. I see some big trade offs in the design. You get high stability and 500# capacity. You loose light weight and speed. Practically that means having to heave some weight up to the top of an SUV, and you will have to work harder to get where you are going. (I would not want to paddle this one back upstream after a float or on a large body of water where you have to go some distance to get to your spot.) On the other hand it is said to be fun on ponds and stable enough for kids to dive off of it. The design gives up performance features to get recreational features.
