For anyone that is going on the trip next week and has never been there, here's a look at one one of the areas you will most likely fish if you are wading. The water levels are currently lower than when I took these pictures. You can wade downstream from this spot for quite a distance with very few deep spots.

You are killing me Bill! That area is just up the road from the cabin. Really unhappy that I can't make it. Good luck to hose that are going. There will be a paper map in the cabin that will show all the boat ramp areas of the entire river from the Wisconsin side. Norm Perkins is going to try and get extra copies for everyone. Plus, there is wifi so there will be internet access. You can get local maps to see at the county parks web sites.
