A recap of the project goals: Illinois Smallmouth Alliance Grant Proposal:South Branch Kishwaukee River Stream Bank ImprovementsDeKalb County Forest Preserve DistrictProject goals: will reduce erosion, stabilize stream bank, improve water qualityand aquatic habitat.Project location: South Branch Prairie Forest Preserve.Map link for South Branch Prairie http://dekalbcounty.org/ForestPreserve/pdfs/hoppe.pdfGrant money will be used for material ( rip - rap ) only.
