The dates shown on this post are a little confusing. Near the top it says August 3-18  2023  in bold black letters. In the second week of available days the dates jump from Wednesday 8-14 to Thursday 8-19 and Friday 8-20.  The real dates should be August 3-16,  2024.  These incorrect dates have been up on this post since last August. Time to change them?

Matt, we are excited to have such an experienced smallmouth guy joining our group. Checkout the Tinkers Dam outing on the Menominee River happening this summer. You will fit right in. This trip is a lot less expensive than a Canadian trip, with big time fish landed.

I would encourage any members who have never been to Tinkers Dam on the Menominee River to take advantage of the second week openings. Your worst day of fishing up there will almost always include some quality fish. This smallie is typical of what you can catch. I caught this one right out the back door of the cabin. A beautiful stretch of river.

Is there a deadline this year to sign up for the Tinkers Dam cabin? 

If the second week doesn't completely fill in, will it be cancelled? 

Will this be the last year of the ISA Road Trip to the Menominee? 

Is the ISA in discussions with the new owners about next year's  availability and possible rate increases?

If this is the last year, are there any possibilities of finding another place on the Menominee to rent in the future? 

I hope this outing can be kept alive.
