Ryan Kral Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 Hey guys, taking to two buddies out tomorrow to go fishing. I live in Wheaton, they are in West Chicago. Trying to figure out where I should take them, I will be fly fishing, they will be using spinning rods. No boat, have about 6 hrs to kill. The Fox is an obvious choice, anyone know how wading on the fox is right now? Anyone have any luck with a fly rod by the damns, could be kind of fun to hook my first Cat fish on the fly. I know there is a park on the west side about a mile down from the dam. I fished that area only once and did pretty good fishing below the bridge, but water levels are much higher now. Good luck.
