split rings and pliers

is there an easier way to put a small [00]spinner blade on a split ring? i have the split ring pliers problem i have is once i get the blade started on the ring i can turn the ring. someone must have a trick up their sleeve rich

snap swivel makes changing blades easier.

Try round bend needle nose pliers. Makes it alot easier to grip the split ring.
