Jim Kast Posted May 8, 2009 Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 The outing scheduled for this Saturday 5/9, is being canceled due to high, fast water.... 5000+cfs, and a lack of shore fishing access in the area. There are other areas more suited to shore fishing along the Fox, but due to the timing nothing is officially planned. If you decide to head to any river this weekend, please be safe! Ron, Give me a call if your still interested in picking me up in the morning and we will hit blackhawk and a few other spots. Anyone else still interested in meeting up? Send me a PM and I'll let you know what the plan is(but I probably won't be back on until around 9pm tonight)...we will most likely be starting somewhere between the towns of St. Charles and South Elgin on the Rte 31 side.
