Guest Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 I was starting to disbelieve myself but finally I got my Rainy's Wholesaler's Catalogue with my Hairy Fodders in it. This means that flies will be for sale at your local stores by Spring (if any one orders any). It's cool to see that they are selling them with the interchangeable weighting system on them. So when the article on the fly and the weighting system come out in the Spring issue of Fly Tyer Magazine, both will already be available thru Rainy's. They haven't yet updated the website to reflect the new patterns and designers but I've seen my bio for the catalogue and it mentions that I once headed up the BassBuggers. Maybe a feather in the cap for the group? Anyway, if anyone sees my flies for sale anywhere, let me know. I want to see where my fly ends up.
