Guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 I tell you, here in Georgia we can't win for loosing. We go all year with no rain, just a dust bowl. With two days in the year to go we were over three inches of rain less than the next driest year ever. At least we would set a record for our misery. But Noo-o-o! The last two days the skies finally open up and we get four inches of rain making it only the second driest year ever. Now its been below freezing for the past two days, what's up with that? 12 degrees and ice(?) covering our water.
