JimR Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 Took the fam into Cabelas today in Hoffman estates. Wound up getting there at feeding time for the fish in the tanks. Everything from crappie minnows to 6inch creek chubs were eatin by bass, pike, walleye, carp, catfish, gar, bluegill, crappie, perch, and even a drum. My boys loved it(and me too). Well we ended up leaving with a new life jacket for the wife, 2 new sleeping bags for the kids, and a new Sammy for me. Man I can't believe how far down boats have come in price. There were some really nice ones. We're slowly getting ready for our trip to Lake of the Ozarks in June. I"d better get to practicing.
