Guest airbornemike Posted June 11, 2010 Report Share Posted June 11, 2010 I just wanted to post up and let all you buggers know how well I was treated by TFO when my trunk lid took a bite out of my beloved 7wt. Long story, short I sent my well used 7wt off on 6/2 with $25.00 dollars and missing six inches off the tip, on 6/7 the UPS man dropped off a brand new 7wt at my front door. Thats a five day turn around including the weekend, and on top of it a whole new rod, I know most of the boutique brand rod makers will just send you a new section. TFO YOU RULE!!!!! Rob G Posted June 11, 2010 Report Share Posted June 11, 2010 Nice to hear that, since I recently built up a TFO 9' 4, 5, and 6 wt. in the Professional series. An excellent blank for the buck. On the other hand, it seems like my old buddies at Park Falls, WI have become much more difficult when honoring their written warranties of the past.
