I have only fished this section (from bridge to bridge) once before and did O.K. but not stellar. How are the flows and is it time to fish on top or below the surface? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I wish I knew Smallies like I know Trout... As a side note; I scoped out the Fox in a number of areas and have decided to leave the fly rod in the bag until it comes down and clears quite a bit. Thanks in advance to all who respond.
