AbuGarcia Customer Service

I was fishing the lower Namekagon River in NW Wisconsin last week. Unfortunately, the bail spring on my Cardinal C3 broke. Obviously, it made for a lousy morning of fishing. Upon my return home, I called AbuGarcia customer service. I was pleased to learn that they not only have the replacement part in stock, but will ship me two replacement springs at no charge. I know that the expense won't kill them, but I sure appreciate their effort. :)
