OK, If the bill is passed, what will all of the fishermen do with their old lead items? Unless there is some kind of exchange program, etc, most people will throw the lead in the garbage. What is their solution to that issue?

I need a fishing boat and trailer. These are also called row boats.

 

My ideal boat is a 14’ jon boat with 15 inch transom (short shaft) that can be powered with a 5-10 hp outboard. I will be using it on small lakes and rivers. Boats with pointed bows are also OK. I have motors but will consider buying a package that includes a motor or motors.

I have a 14' fiberglass Mirro craft w/trailer and 71/2 hp merc I'm looking to sell. It looks like a rowboat. It has 3 seats and an anchor setup in the front and in the rear. Asking $975. The boat is in storage in Chicago but I can bring it out to New Lenox if you are interested.

hey guys, I am new to the forum and am hoping to learn a little more about catching smallies in small streams and creeks. Just purchased a solo canoe from Dicks sporting goods { kay-noe, or old town disc 119} and was wondering if anyone has any rigging suggestions for me. Been searching the web and a number of guys in southern states suggest moving the seat more toward center and lowering it. Any rigging, or modification suggestions would be appreciated, thanks, Sean

I am sure there are many of you, like me, who live around the Orland Park,Joliet, Kankakee area who are interested in learning the basics of fly fishing, casting, knots, equipment, etc. Is anyone interested in having some type of classes/get togethers to learn about these things? Maybe we could meet once or twice a month and one of our experienced members could share his/her knowledge?
