We have scheduled an ISA Western Region spring meeting to be held Sunday, April 11, 6:00 p.m. at the Riverdale fire station on Route 67 east of Bettendorf. Dan Sallee, DNR fisheries administrator for northwest Illinois will be our speaker. Dan will discuss the 2009 surveys conducted in the Green River area and Mississippi River tributaries near the Quad Cities. Dan will also comment briefly about the overall health of the inland rivers in northwest Illinois. Our meeting will be a joint meeting between the Western Region of ISA and Quad City Chapter of the Hawkeye Fly Fishing Association.
