Our monthly meeting for members to demonstrate fly patterns & tie along. Bring your thread & tools, materials will be provided. Arrive after 6pm. New to tying? Come out & learn!
New location - for the present we will meet to tie in my garage at 348 West Windsor Ave., Lombard , IL. Questions? call me 630/251-5904 John Loebach- Arrive 6pm start 6:30pm.
For the summer we will meet & fish instead of tying on 4th Mondays - this evening we will meet at 6- 6:30 pm at Glenwood forest preserve on Rte. 25 south of Batavia to fish the Fox river. All are welcome not just fly fishers so come join us!
Because of high water on the Fox we will meet at Casey's pond at Fermilab instead of Glenwood f.p. at Batavia. Access requires drivers liscence, tell them you are going to fish Casey's & ask for a map if you haven't been there before. I will try to be there by 5pm there are two ponds to fish no need for waders & Caseys does have smallies. Hope to see a good turnout theres plenty of room.
