Float or wade trip. If you have a boat with an outboard, 25 hp or larger, please bring it. This is a large river with plenty of currrent.
Meet at Prophetstown State Park near Prophetstown Ill.
Plan on coming for a few hours or the whole weekend, pitch a tent or stay for a day.
I had as much fun visting around the camp fire as I did fishing. Food wasnt bad either. You can cook your own or go into town, or alittle of both.
