Hello, i tried to post this the other day and it got wacked for an "alias name" (my real name) anyway Loui is/was a life long member of a lot of fishing clubs, and if im not mastaken he was a lifetime member here, he had a lot of friends on these clubs and i wanted to make sure as many of them knew about his passing as i could. here is what they have in the paper so far, when i find out more i will pass it along. thanks. my friend will be missed verry much.
Louis M. Lane, 83, of Chebanse, Ill., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, at home.
Born Feb. 27, 1924, in Sycamore, he was the son of Lester and Pearl Lane.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Donald Lane and Lester Lane Jr.
He is survived by two sisters-in-law, Elaine Lane and Donna Lane, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in Ottawa, Ill.
