  2. We have just add a third boat to the "Smallmouth Trip from Hell." We fish four of the finest Smallmouth Rivers in the country in four days. Mississippi, St. Croix, Chippewa/Flambeau, Menominee. If you think you can handle it give us a call. This is by far one of the highlights of the season for us. Early reports have all the rivers fishing well. Post spawn should be over and those big fish should be looking to eat. Some of the members have been on this trip. If you would like a reference let's us know and we can put you in touch with them. For more details visit our website or give us a call. Thanks, Kip Vieth Wildwood Float Trips www.wildwoodfloattrips.com
  3. No but I have an apartment for rent on the banks of the Upper Mississippi River. It is in the middle of the special regs section. Kip Vieth Wildwood Float Trips www.wildwoodfloattrips.com
  4. I tested it for Rio also last summer. I have to say that it is probably the best all around Smallmouth line out there. We now have them in the shop if your looking for one. All of our guide rods will be lined with it this coming season. Hope that helps. If you have any other questions on the line feel free to give us a call. 5. Fishing a sink tip line with floating flies is one of the most deadly methods I use through out the season. I be affraid of them. The trouoble is not to many can really cast them. Rio makes some excellent sink tips with aggressive tapers for turning those big flies over and making them easier to cast. Wildwood
  6. Craig, I couldn't be happier! I hope some of those big Mississippi smallies helped turn the tide. I know you worked hard and marketed the hell out of the fly. It's a great fly and is a proven producer I can sure attest to that. My guide fee just went up for you!! You can pay the difference in fodders . Way to stay with it and good luck. I hope they sell a couple of million of them. Kip
  7. I also was wondering. I'm up in the north woods and lurk I lot so I rarely post. I was just curious. I have fished with Joseph and several other members of the ISA. I thought Joseph was one of the clubs biggest supporters over the years? Now this, what's up? I don't know what goes on down there nor do I really want to, but I wish we had a shop owner in this neck of the woods who supported smallmouth like him.
