    Terry, message me when you are settled in and know your schedule. There are some nice stretches of the Des Plaines that can be waded.

    It always seemed strange to me that the Winter Solstice comes before we really face much winter weather, and the Summer Solstice happens before most of us are even into our summer lifestyle. Anyway, longer daylight always good.

    Great reports and some mighty fine catches. I think the fish are happy to be in normal flows and not all that high water they have been contending with the last few years.

    I was in St. Charles Sunday and the Fox was already moving pretty fast. After Monday's rain it should jump up even more.

    Just to be clear, we are meeting at 135th St. boat ramp and not at the 95th St. boat ramp as you stated in your April 16 post.

    A shout out to Scott Ferguson for all the work he has done to get the ISA message out to the angling public at the winter fishing shows. Scott puts in long hours and a lot of book work to get the ISA booth up and running at these shows. He is also a great closer when it comes time to seal the deal on new members. Thanks for all your dedication Scott.
