Mike Clifford Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 Not sure how this one escaped me. It would be a terrible disservice if the IOHOF fails to mention his complete biography in conservation and education. Rich was helping with my very first kids fishing event about 25 years ago and has never missed one since. Including Sgt. Tommy's Kids event, Illinois Hunting and Fishing Days, etc. He has been my partner in all of it for a very long time. As well, his efforts in the fly-fishing realm shouldn't go unnoticed either. Or his Presidency in the ISA while advocating for smallmouth bass. His conservation efforts across the state have been "sprawling". There is SO much more about Rich than just Shabbona. CONGRATS RICH! A well-deserved honor! https://www.illinois.gov/news/press-release.30511.html Quote
