jude
The Pecatonica River tributary electro shocking is back on again. The DNR needs our help. The dates are Wednesday Sept. 12, Thursday Sept. 13, and Friday Sept. 14. There will be two sessions each day. The first starting around 9:00 and then at a nearby creek after lunch. Please consider helping out. It's hard work, but very educational. Plus, the DNR folks are a great crew to work with. If you're up for it, please P.M. me with questions or to let me know which day you are available. Thanks in advance......Jude

Ever wonder what structures hold what fish? When you electrofish, you can see it for yourself with no guessing. Illinois has some terrific fish diversity and this is a great chance to see and learn about what's out there. It'll be cooler this time around too.
