Jim C Posted February 10, 2018 Report Share Posted February 10, 2018 I have wanted to join the ISA and finally did it. I live in Sycamore, IL and fish the kish and its tributaries for smallies. Sometimes I venture to the east to fish the fox and its tributaries. I shore and kayak fish. I caught my first smallie about 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since.
