Cicada numbers are on the rise and fish are responding to imitations. It is great fun to fish cicadas. You don’t have to be graceful or accurate. Jim Kast Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 I bought a bunch of Heddon Cicadas a few years ago when they first came out. Never really got a chance to use them yet, but I'm ready!
