Fishing gloves

What kind of gloves are you rolling with Eric? Haven't found anything warm enough yet still dexterous and waterproof.

Here are the gloves I have used the past 3 years or so. work great. I know they are youth sized, but the youth sizes fit my hands very nice and snug. The snug fit allows me to tie knots and other duties without taking the gloves off.
