Jimmy M.
It's almost time for fall top water fishing and I am looking for a floating mono line . I have tried a couple different brands of super line but really don't like the feel of these line coming threw the water. Does anyone have any recommendations ? Kev-mo
I thought all mono and braided super lines floated... I like the regular power pro for super lines. I've heard good things about Sufix mono. Most recently used McCoy myself. Used BPS brand once many years ago 14 lb. test, stuff was tuff as nails. jmo's... Brian R
I don't know of a mono or braided line that doesn't float (except the leadcore braid specifically designed to sink). Currently, I have Berkley Sensation on the rod I use mostly for topwater baits. I don't know if it's technically "mono" as it's billed as a "multipolymer," but it floats and works just fine. I've never tried the Sufix mono (love their braid), but I've heard favorable reviews as well.
