  1. Weird - I live in Lemont IL 60439 and still haven't received mine, I'll post when it comes in.
  2. Smallie Beaver 1/8 ounce slider head, black/blue in stained water, any color in clear water.
  3. Okay - I missed out the 1st sale of Trinity waders, today I see they have Bridgestone for $59.99. Anybody ever try these? Price seems pretty good for a backup pair. Thanks!
  4. Thanks Eric, I looked at those yesterday. They looked very nice, it good to know you like them. And yes, my brother suggested I check them out!
  5. Hey Michael - You know I did, he just picked up a new rod and reel which I like very much. After all these years of being the "duplicate" I thought I would adventure out on my own. Al does his research so it's easy to jump on the bandwagon, I sure hope he grabs some new baits this year, he slacked off a little this year! Thanks for the advice on the 2 piece rod, all my rods are 1 piece. I don't know what it is but I have always been partial to 1 piece.
  6. Thanks, you're the second person that has told me that. I will consider the Avid rod.
  7. I’m in the market for a 7 foot Medium Light spinning rod. I’ve always been a big fan of St. Croix with their Premier Series. One thing I like about St. Croix is the long handle that I can support with my forearm. I’m looking for a rod for around $100 bucks or so. Any suggestions? Let the search begin… THANKS!
  8. I'm planning on getting out for this.
  9. My brother alank did the research and got me hooked, joined and renew on the web.
  10. Gotta good laugh outta that one

  13. I didn't catch it but there once was a 24 inch baby doll in about 2 feet of slack water on the bottom that gave me the creeps, I was hoping for a big rain to wash it away. It stayed there for a least 1 to 2 months and I stayed away! I first noticed it walking over a bridge, thank God I didn't kick it while wading...
