A great breakfast on a cool morning, along side the Kishwaukee River. Eggs, sausage, kishcuits(?), sausage gravy, toast and coffee. Several ISA members and staff members from Rocktown Adventures were on hand. By noon, 5 kayaks, 2 pontoons and 1canoe had launched on the river for a beautiful afternoon float. The fishing was slow with a total of 17 or 18 smallies caught with none of them being big enough to be photo worthy. We all had a good time, the river was a little stained and a little higher than normal, but is a fun float. Thanks Terry and Ed for putting this together, I had a great time, it was well worth the drive.

This isn't a bend in the river, it's a panoramic shot, 180 degree view.

I must say that the kishcuits and gravy were top-notch. Thanks for putting this together. Nice chatting with the guys on a beautiful morning. Too bad I couldn't fish. I may have bumped the overall count up by one or two. Instead, I drowned my sorrows two ounces at a time. Lots of times. Great day.
