Fish is roughly 21" +/- 1/4" I suspected this fish was over 20". Though his PD (pupillary distance) could be 70 mm, that's fairly wide but possible, problem is his eyes are not on the same plane as his fish that he is holding out in front so unfortunately the scale is better than nothing but not valid.
