Has anyone fished the Quincy Pool of the big muddy? We are gonna be between dams 20-21, with a possibility of locking thru. Just looking for a few tips to get my Veteran a W. This is my very first wounded warrior tourney and I'm pumped! The disabled vets are part of the war on terror. Thank you for pointers in advance.

No pointers, but a "hats off" to you for helping out. Very cool.

If you can, I would head up the salt river on the missouri side. Some good LMB and even some smallies in there. Some good fishing at the mouth too.

The salt was a complete bust unfortunately. There are fish there I just missed every bite. Caught everything but bass today.

Sorry to hear that Dana. I have caught some really good LMB and even a few nice smallies out of the the salt. They are in there for sure. I did well with crankbaits and bottom bouncing jigs. I have also caught a few nice bass on spinnerbaits near the mouth.
