Members will meet at 730 to eat breakfast at Busy Corner in Goodfield. Head out to different sections about 8 for a fun filled day of fishing and tall tales! I will not be able to make this outing because of a prior commitment to be a boater for Camp Big Sky fishing tournament for the disabled at lakeland park in Canton.

Will this be our cookout at Harold's afterward, or is that a different weekend?

That's the second outing coming in August on the Mack. Wouldn't miss that for the world!

I'll be there! Found some good looking areas when Dana & I were posting signs that I'd like to try.

Make sure to take waders for that area, there was a spill in Morton that I posted about. Better safe than sorry.

This trip will be a wading trip, and the river is going to cooperate for once. Good luck tomorrow to everyone that goes.

Only had three of us show up for the outing this morning. It was a slow day, and I think I was the only one to catch a fish.....but it was a dandy and a personal best for me; 16 1/2". And, it was my first smallie this year. Had another one on for an instant and it felt heavier, but came unhooked near the surface. And of course, I had left the camera in the truck!

With the warm temps there was a lot of canoe/kayak traffic.
