Aftermath note for Ron

So after Tim's talk, I understand Ron is ordering a new 8 weight and some 5 inch flies. :lol:

I've already got 2 8wts.Use 'em for lms,saltwater,& steelhead.Maybe I was at the bar ordering yet another gin & tonic at the time but nowhere in his talk did I hear Tim specify flies had to be 5".Only that they shouldn't be trout size.I hope you enjoy curling up with your 1st issue of Midwest Flyfishing Magazine you old closet flyfisherman.

Ron,

You did hear the part about flies in Chicago Cubs colors being the best ever for river smb, didn't you?

Cubby blue flies are a sure route to a skunking just like their namesakes have gotten for 101 years & will get again in '10.
