Mike G
This looks like a good steelhead fly. Would you use a #12 on Steelhead?
Tom L
Would you use a #12 on Steelhead? I've been using #10 2xH scud hooks for my steelhead nymphs and #12 & #10 2xH stream hooks for steelhead buggers. Low, clear and pressured water, smaller flies get better result. Mike G
Lots of variations available on Amazon under names like squissy balls and puffy balls. We should add disclaimers. "For mature tyers only. Do not eat. May cause Cancer in California." Anything else?
